Features:
Compact size.
7.5’ x 7.5’ x 8’ typical
Versatility:
Palletizers can easily adapt to handle cases, trays, boxes, bags,
pails, etc.
Heavy
Duty Construction: Up to 5/8-inch steel is used in manufacturing.
Palletizers can be constructed using stainless and/or mild steel.
Provided with C-12 standard enclosure - with options of NEMA IV
optional surge protection and 3 months battery backup of program,
with personal computer backup on floppies. : Up to 5/8-inch steel

Safe
Operation: Double and triple safety backups, both electrical
and mechanical
Expanded steel surround guards
Proximity switches at the ends of the arms prevent unrestricted
movement (with software limits and hard limits as backup)
Impulse counting software shuts the machine down if the count
from the arms encoder exceeds programmed limits
Adjustable current limits also stop the machine when contact is
made
Locking device restricts the fall of the arms if both chains supporting
the counterweight fall
Lock-out/tag-out on electrical and air systems
Emergency stop automatically dumps air and de-energizes motors
Encoders and tachometers are built into motors
Plug-on motors for quick service
Cycles
Per Minute: Example - 3 cases per pick times 6 cycles
= 18 cycles per minute. Depending on the pallet pattern and height
and the product stability or fragility, cycle speed up to 8 cycles
per minute.

Load
Capacity:Net per objects picked is 200 pounds. Note -
heavier models are available on request.
End Effector: Standard with each machine is a
mechanical bottom finger support pick-up head. Rotation 0-90 degrees,
standard 360 degrees - other options available.
Power
Requirements: 120/480V 60Hz (50
Hz on European models). Amps - 7@230VAC, 14@120VAC. Palletizers
are provided standard with electrical transformers, 30-amp fused
disconnect switch, UPS surge protection, and 6 months battery
back up on pallet patterns.
Air
Requirements: 6-7 CFM, 80PSI for end effector control
and actuation Programmable
Controller:
Allen Bradley for infeed conveyor and any optional support machinery.
Other brands available on request. Robot controller is CNC-Standard
for large quantities of pallet patterns, PC controller is optional
with "Fast Lean" software.
Footprint:
Right or left approximately 7 1⁄2 by 7 1⁄2.
Height:
103"

Mild steel; stainless steel; "Steel-it" paint optional
Guarantee:
One year on all Lynn Electronic Corporation-manufactured components.
One year or manufacturer’s guarantee on purchased items
(whichever is longer). Subject to terms and conditions of sale.
Options:
Auto pallet dispensing, pallet movement conveyors and slip sheets,
pallet caps, pallet moisture barrier or crush sheet dispensers.
In addition - to compliment and support your robot: conveyor systems,
feeder-loader systems, case erectors (with auto bag inserters),
case packers, pick and place machines, with or without product
orientators.
Industry-Specific
Designs for: Food, bread, candy, pharmaceutical, beverage,
food and chemical additives, dairy, ice cream, flour, paint, automotive
parts, household items, meat snack foods, frozen products, printing
and newspaper, foils and wrap, electrical components, pet, medical
supplies, garden equipment and supplies - and yours!
Basic Palletizer Operation:
- Conveyor
positions product in front of the machines pick up head (end
effector).
-
Solid stainless steel fingers move out horizontally from the
pick up head (end effector) and slide under the product.
-
Hold-down clamps are positioned on top of the product, ensuring
a secure top and bottom grip.
-
The x, y and z axes move gently and accurately, placing the
product on a pallet, pull sheet, floor, or in a cage. The standard
head can rotate 0-90 degrees during the cycle, and the optional
360 degree "w axis" head rotates both clockwise and
counter-clockwise. This enables displaying a label or product
information on all four sides of the pallet stack.
-
Arms move back and head is positioned for next pick up cycle.
